Claire Gallacher

With more than 25 years of experience in the fitness industry as a PE teacher and Strength & Conditioning Coach, I help women 35+ build strength, confidence and power before, during and beyond Perimenopause.

​

35+Fitness - having been through Perimenopause, I know the challenges first hand of weight appearing from no where.  Trying to wade through the mis-information online and having to learn to eat and train differently to adapt to our changing body. 

 

I've helped women transform their bodies and confidence - gaining strength, dropping inches, and thriving through life's challenges.  I'll teach you how to train and fuel to stay strong and lean, and unstoppable after 35.

You will learn how to strength train, using dumbbell and barbell techniques, as well as other free weights, to build muscle for metabolism and to gain strength.  

 

If you choose nutrition, I will teach you how to eat to be strong and lean, so you can gain your confidence back, without eating different meals from your family.

​

You can choose from 121, train with a friend, join my small groups or work online from home or a gym of your choice.  

​

Whatever method suits you and your budget best, I've got you covered.
