I decided that I needed to get stronger and fitter to play Scottish Masters Hockey and needed help. I saw a recommendation for CG Fitness and Coaching and thought I would give her a try. Best thing I did, Claire understood my needs, an athlete who had a history of injuries and a number of physical weaknesses. In a fairly short period, I noticed a massive difference in my physical condition and body tone. I played 6 games of hockey in 10 days at Europeans, and don’t think my body would have held up without having regularly seen Claire. I love our sessions. She has a great set up and also great advice.
