I'm new to fitness/weightlifting, will I be able to keep up with the workouts?
Absolutely! I cater to clients of all fitness levels, even beginners. I start by testing your current strength and conditioning levels so that I can make a bespoke programme for you, taking into consideration your current baseline. You'll be able to progress at your own pace and achieve your fitness goals.
Perimenopause - why resistance training?
As we lose estrogen, our muscle tone dramatically drops off. Lack of muscle means a lower metabolism. Resistance training with bodyweight, free and fixed weights builds your muscle, increasing your metabolism. This coupled with the correct nutrition, helps you lose inches from your body whilst making your stronger and toned.
Can I do a mix of on the Online Coaching app and regular 1-to-1 In-Person sessions in your private gym?
Yes, if there is an available slot in the gym. Quite a few of my clients do a hybrid workout system.
How do I book a mix of Online and In-Person Coaching?
Each of these items is booked separately. Some clients like to book a 12-week Online Coaching programme and then also book one or two sessions for 1-to-1 In-Person Coaching.
To book the Online Coaching, select the programme of your choice and pay online. Then to arrange In-Person Coaching, simply contact me and we can organise a time for your sessions for which I will invoice you.
