Amala has been training with Claire for a long time now and has loved every minute of it. A bit of background… Amala now 11, plays football at both grassroots and Pro Youth level, training 4/5 times a week. She plays in a boys team so Injury prevention was high on our list of requirements , more so now with the plethora of ACL injuries within the woman’s game.
Claire suggested an initial introductory session and we have never looked back. Amala is looking physically stronger on the ball , faster on the pitch and generally fitter all round. Claire has all the qualities and attributes needed to create a learning environment that is supportive, nurturing and fun and Amala looks forward to every session. The exercises are always sports specific, tailored to Amalas needs ( both learning and physical) and have clear progressions on a 6 weekly schedule.
I couldn’t recommend Claire highly enough and Amala looks forward to continuing her football ⚽️ S & C journey with her to help her towards achieving her football dream ! Every budding footballer should have a “ Claire” in their life!!
