About the Course

This is a bespoke programme for you and your goals. So whether you would like to lose weight, bulk up, or get strong and agile for your sport, I am here to help. The first thing we will do is a 30-minute video call to test your current strength strength and conditioning levels. I then create a bespoke programme for you, taking into consideration your current baseline and your goals.


Your personalised fitness and nutrition programme is delivered via my coaching app so you always have your plan in your pocket!

  • 3x workouts per week via the coaching app

  • In-app videos to guide you

  • Live in-app chat with Claire

  • 30-minute initial consult (video call) to test your movement and strength to help Claire design your bespoke workouts
