About the Course
This course teaches you to work with the new normal you might be experiencing through a drop in oestrogen. We'll focus on creating lean muscle which will help boost your metabolism and burn more calories at rest. Lean muscle combined with the correct nutrition helps you lose the belly fat, gain strength for everyday day life and supports your health against other issues such as osteoporosis, diabetes and heart issues.
