Whether you are new to working out or you have been away from it for awhile, this Group Strength and Resistance programme will help you create a new fitness habit.


This group session gives you the structure, you decide the weights, your workout being delivered to your inbox and via the coaching app 3x per week with a clear list of exercises and a video of each to guide you.


I'll be there to help you along way via the in-app chat. Have a question? Just send me a message! Not sure if your technique looks correct? Send me a video. I'll review it and respond with guidance.
