About the Course
Whether you are new to working out or you have been away from it for awhile, this Group Strength and Resistance programme will help you create a new fitness habit.
This group session gives you the structure, you decide the weights, your workout being delivered to your inbox and via the coaching app 3x per week with a clear list of exercises and a video of each to guide you.
