A small group exercise class using resistance weights for women in perimeopause and menopause who want to lose weight.
You'll learn the nutrition and exercise which will help you lose weight during this time of your life in a group setting, helping you reach your goals.
This will run term time and require block bookings and paying upfront for your slot. The class will be around 4 women.
