This is one of the original small groups. Joanne has lost 4 jeans sizes and Emma is down 10kg. All women have progressed in the weights they are lifting and have learnt Barbell techniques. Joanne and Karen are now lifting Deadlift, 50kg x10 reps. Amazing group of ladies, with the banter to match.
